Article 50 UX Implementation Pack License

This license is offered in two editions. The edition named on the purchaser's receipt controls. If a receipt does not name an edition, the Company License applies. The purchaser should keep the receipt with this license as proof of license.

1. Company License — USD 59

Zimare Labs grants the purchasing legal entity a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• use and modify the pack for that entity's own products, services, and internal operations;
• allow its employees and contractors to use the pack solely on its behalf; and
• ship compiled, rendered, or implemented interface patterns as part of its own products and services.

The Company License does not permit use for a client's product, distributing editable source or templates outside the purchasing entity, sublicensing, reselling, publishing the pack, or offering the pack as a competing template or component library.

2. Studio/Agency License — USD 149

Zimare Labs grants the purchasing studio or agency the Company License rights plus a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• use and modify the pack in implementations the purchaser directly delivers for any number of clients; and
• give a client the compiled or implemented interface and that client's completed, client-specific registers or documentation.

The Studio/Agency License does not permit giving clients the reusable source library, blank templates, configurator, or pack as a standalone deliverable; allowing clients to reuse it on unrelated projects; sublicensing; reselling; publishing; sharing with another studio; or offering it as a competing template or component library. A client that needs reusable source or blank templates must obtain its own license.

3. Restrictions that apply to both editions

The purchaser may not:

• remove Zimare Labs copyright or license notices from the source package;
• distribute the pack through a repository, marketplace, shared drive, training library, or public website;
• use the pack to imply Zimare Labs, the European Union, the European Commission, or any authority approved, certified, or endorsed an implementation;
• use the pack as a substitute for professional legal advice; or
• use the pack unlawfully.

The purchaser may replace visible sample branding and copy in its implemented product. Attribution in the shipped interface is not required.

4. Ownership and third-party material

Zimare Labs retains ownership of the pack and its original source, text, organization, and design. The license grants use rights, not ownership. Links and short factual references to EU and W3C materials remain subject to their respective owners' terms. No EU icon set or third-party media is bundled.

5. Updates

The license covers the version purchased. Future versions, regulatory monitoring, source updates, and new formats are not promised unless the receipt expressly includes them. The purchaser is responsible for checking current official sources before each release.

6. Operational aid; no professional advice

The pack provides examples, components, checklists, and record structures. It does not determine whether a system, organization, output, or use is in scope; interpret an exception; establish provider or deployer status; replace qualified counsel; certify accessibility; or guarantee compliance with Article 50 or any other law.

7. Warranty disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pack is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, legal effect, accuracy, or regulatory compliance. The purchaser remains responsible for decisions, review, implementation, testing, deployment, and records.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zimare Labs' aggregate liability arising from the pack will not exceed the amount the purchaser paid for it. Zimare Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Support boundary

For 14 calendar days after purchase, Zimare Labs will provide reasonable asynchronous help for:

• a download link that does not work;
• a corrupt or incomplete archive; or
• a reproducible factual or source-link error in the unmodified release.

Support does not include legal or applicability advice, consulting, custom copy, custom development, integration, vendor selection, security review, accessibility certification, completion of registers, meetings, or review of the purchaser's product. Use the seller contact on the receipt and include the order identifier, pack version, and a concise reproduction description.

9. Refund boundary

Before downloading, you may request a refund within 14 days. Zimare Labs will honor a timely pre-download request when its delivery records show that the download was not accessed.

Once the download has been accessed, the sale is final except where applicable law requires otherwise or one of these product-delivery remedies applies. Zimare Labs will refund a verified duplicate charge; a purchase for which it cannot provide a working, complete archive after a reasonable attempt to correct delivery; or a reproducible material defect in the unmodified pack that prevents ordinary use and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.

After download, a change of mind, a scope or applicability decision, incompatibility with an undisclosed environment, or a request for services outside Section 8 is not a refund basis. This section does not limit mandatory consumer or other non-waivable rights.

10. Termination

The license ends automatically upon a material breach that is not cured within 10 days after notice. On termination, the purchaser must stop using and delete reusable copies of the pack; shipped implementations created while properly licensed may remain in use unless the breach involved unlawful distribution.

11. Entire license

This license and the edition identified on the receipt form the license for the pack. Purchase terms that cannot be varied by this license continue to apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
