Article 50’s transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. The official text calls for clear, distinguishable information by the first interaction or exposure, conforming to applicable accessibility requirements.

Does this tell me whether Article 50 applies to my product?
No. Applicability is a legal and factual decision for your organization and advisers. The pack starts after your team has identified an in-scope surface and needs to implement the UI, copy, testing, and evidence.
Does using these files make a product compliant?
No. The pack is an implementation aid, not a legal opinion, audit, certification, conformity assessment, or guarantee. Other EU, national, accessibility, consumer, privacy, and sector rules may also apply.
What can I edit?
Everything. The source is intentionally plain: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Markdown, and CSV. No proprietary design tool or hosted account is required.
What is the agency license?
It allows one studio or agency to reuse and adapt the pack across its client implementations. It does not allow reselling the pack itself, publishing the source as a template, or transferring the license to a client. Read the complete Pack License before purchase.
What support is included?
Email support covers download problems, file corruption, and factual errata. Custom implementation, legal review, applicability analysis, and client consulting are not included.
What is the refund policy?
Business purchases are refundable for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or materially defective files. Before downloading, you may request a refund within 14 days. After download, refunds are limited to those cases or rights required by law. The Pack License contains the complete refund boundary and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
